Speakers Profile : 

Jitan Chandanani is IBM's Blockchain Leader for India and South Asia. In his role, he is responsible for helping clients enable the capability and strengths of blockchain in their current environment to drive business growth and future opportunities. Jitan is also involved with assisting industry groups within banking, insurance and telecom to form alliances and consortiums for Blockchain enabled use cases. 

Prior to IBM, Jitan was a Managing Director with KPMG LLP in New York, where he was responsible for building KPMG's Blockchain offerings and alliances with industry players.

Vivek is a Mumbai based blockchain professional and former entrepreneur. He is currently the India Head for R3, the world's first and largest global consortium of 200+ members establishing next generation Distributed-Ledger Technology in the financial services industry and beyond. Prior to this, Vivek co-founded Covrd, a San Francisco based tech startup providing working capital finance to workers in US' booming sharing economy.

Vivek is an active member in the global fintech community with a focus on bringing the latest fintech innovations to India.
