Instructions to become a member:
You are eligible for membership only if your degree/course grants you alumni status. Kindly enroll for membership upon completion of your degree.
W.e.f 1st July 2017, we have entered the GST era. Any membership application received effective 1st July will be charged with 18% GST. [GST Number - 27AACCH2067H1ZO]
MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR ALUMNI (w.e.f 4th June 2013)

1 YEAR MEMBERSHIP FEE: Rs. 10,000 + Rs. 1,800 (18% GST) = Rs. 11,800
5 YEARS MEMBERSHIP FEE: Rs. 45,000 + Rs. 8,100 (18% GST) = Rs. 53,100

1 YEAR MEMBERSHIP FEE: Rs. 5,000 + Rs. 900 (18% GST) = Rs. 5900
5 YEARS MEMBERSHIP FEE: Rs. 20,000 (includes 4 years + 1 year free signup) + Rs. 3600 = Rs. 23,600

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
HBS Club reserves the right to cancel any event. In case of cancellation Notice will be given and we will refund the amount in 30 working days. No refund will be processed in case of no show / nonattendance.
You are eligible for membership only if your degree/course grants you alumni status. In case of non-eligibility we will refund the amount in 30 working days after deducting 25% as service fee. Kindly take a look at the list for eligible degrees before applying for the membership.
